The initial inspiration for HomeKeep™ developed from data insights collected from our parent company, Avid Ratings, which deploys over 100,000 customer satisfaction surveys to new homeowners per year on behalf of some of the biggest homebuilders in the US and Canada.
A key insight from this aggregated survey data is the explicit challenge that many new and existing homeowners express in properly maintaining their new homes. While homeownership is typically an exciting milestone for most people, lacking the right plan, instruction, and information about home upkeep can quickly become overwhelming and costly – ultimately diminishing the joys of owning a home.
Our ongoing inspiration and north star at HomeKeep™ is to help improve the overall homeowner experience by making home maintenance both easy to understand and complete. Through our self-guided app or our in-home, full-service plans, HomeKeep™ helps home buyers become knowledgeable, happy homeowners.
